Abstract
⺠Si nanostructures were fabricated by ps high repetition pulsed laser deposition at 1064 nm. ⺠Fibrous networks and cauliflower formations grew when argon pressure of 300 and 30 Pa were used, respectively. ⺠Si rectangular crystals were produced under vacuum conditions.
