Abstract
⺠Epitaxial SrCuO2 thin films have been grown on (0 0 1) SrTiO3 by pulsed laser deposition. ⺠By varying the substrate temperature both structural phases (orthorhombic and tetragonal) can be stabilized. ⺠The tetragonal phase film exhibits an one-domain microstructure and the orthorhombic phase film exhibits a two-domain microstructure.
