Abstract
⺠Lead-free (Na0.5Bi0.5)1âxBaxTiO3 thin films have been obtained by pulsed laser deposition. ⺠Thin films of lead-free of (Na0.5Bi0.5)1âxBaxTiO3 with two different compositions (x = 0 and 0.06) have been structurally and electrically investigated. ⺠The oxygen partial pressure influence on the films dielectric properties is presented. ⺠Pure NBT films (x = 0) show excellent dielectric permittivity values much improved with respect to bulk. ⺠For x = 0.06 composition, thin films show very high dielectric constant with large frequency dispersion behavior.
