Abstract
- Superhydrophobic films with different adhesion were obtained with different molar ratio of TMES/TEOS.
- Compared with the chemical composition, the surface roughness plays a more important role in humidity resistance property.
- Surface roughness exhibited a positive relationship with the humidity resistance property.
- All the films exhibited higher transmittance than the bare substrate in visible light.
- The films with lower surface roughness showed better visual transparency.
