Abstract
- The glycerol micro-ball droplet was introduced to be as liquid mold to fabricate micro-ball lens.
- A molding process was used to fabricate the micro-ball lens and the scales of them can be controlled.
- The accurate molding process is mainly attributed to the ultrahigh adhesion of the treated substrate.
- The micro-ball lenses with contact angle of 120° and 150° were fabricated, analyzed and discussed.
