Abstract
- TiAl3/Al2O3 composite powders were prepared by MA and heat-treatment.
- TiAl3/Al2O3 composite coating was prepared on γ-TiAl by cold spray.
- The coating decreased the oxidation rate of γ-TiAl effectively.
- The coating had good crack resistance.
- Al2O3 inhibited the inter-diffusion between the coating and substrate.
