Abstract
⺠Chitosan backbone showed to be efficient for IgG immobilization using a gold support. ⺠Highest concentration of NaOH on chitosan film favored a better IgG immobilization. ⺠The response in QCM analysis was not as predicted by the Sauerbrey equation. ⺠A significant variation in the crystal frequency occurred by using 2 μg/mL IgG.
