Abstract
⺠The structural and surface properties of V2O5 nanorods were studied by XPS and RS. ⺠Controlling of growth ambient enhance surface stoichiometry of V2O5 nanorods. ⺠Partially reduced surface can be obtained under reducing ambient. ⺠The surface non-stoichiometry may be correlated with structural disorder.
