Abstract
⸠Synthesis of oxygen free PbTe nanostructure by ion beam mixing. ⸠Atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy are used to characterize the structures. ⸠Unstable growth and rapid roughening of surface is observed under SHI irradiation. ⸠The values of exponents obtained from the experiment are different from those predicted by universality classes.
