Abstract
⸠TiO2 large-scale films coated on glass, glass with SiO2 layer, ceramic and aluminum. ⸠Substrate effect on surface morphology and photocatalytic activity. ⸠Nature of substrate affects growth of anatase crystallites. ⸠Substrate roughness promotes retention of TiO2 sol. ⸠Photocatalytic activity of films coated on glass with and without SiO2 is comparable.
