Abstract
⸠The NBT-BT ceramics at MPB were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction method. ⸠The prepared ceramics were irradiated with 120 MeV Au9+ ions at different fluencies. ⸠The grain size is increased after irradiation due to the increase of local lattice temperature. ⸠As the fluence increases the relaxor nature of the material is transformed to the ferroelectric nature.
