Abstract
⸠Te microtubes were thermally oxidized in a tube furnace at different temperatures. ⸠Novel α-TeO2 microstructures were obtained. ⸠They consisted of porous scaffold microtubes covered with pearl-like microwires. ⸠The possible formation mechanism of the obtained microstructures was discussed.
