Abstract
⸠Multilayered BaTi0.85Zr0.15O3 sol-gel films coated on silicon wafers were performed. ⸠Structure, surface topography and optical properties were investigated. ⸠Perovskite BTZ phase were noted only in the thicker multilayer films (BTZ4-BTZ6). ⸠A smaller roughness value was obtained for the six deposits BTZ film. ⸠Multilayer BTZ films present a more uniform distribution of the average grain size.
