- The CS-Fe3O4-Pd composed of magnetic chitosan materials and Pd nanoparticles.
- The CS-Fe3O4-Pd was found to be an efficient catalyst for hydrogenation and acetalization.
- The catalyst was easily recovered by an external magnet from the reaction mixture.
