Abstract
► The surface of silicon nanoporous pillar array is carbonized to 3C-SiC simply. ► Strong photoluminescence in the UV-blue region is observed in SiC/Si-NPA. ► Obvious rectification and low leakage current are obtained from SiC/Si-NPA.
