Abstract
⺠Growth comparison of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on Cu foils and sputtered Cu films ⺠The substrate surface plays a vital role in the catalyst distribution, CNT density, and graphitic crystallinity ⺠Grain size of Cu substrate, surface asperities affect CNT density and alignment ⺠Quantitative analysis of the density and alignment of CNTs shows that the smooth, sputtered Cu is better than rough Cu foil.
