Abstract
⺠The described technique allows the biofunctionalization of a two-component polyurethane (2C-PUR) coating. ⺠Creation of functional groups on the surface by migrating PDMS and plasma treatment. ⺠2C-PUR systems with PDMS displayed a higher stability over a time period of at least 28 h. ⺠Chemical immobilization (chemisorption) of the enzyme to the surface showed statistically significant higher biological activity.
