Abstract
► CdS nanocrystals were deposited on TiO2/crosslinked chitosan composite. ► CdS/TiO2/CS NCFs showed enhanced photocatalytic activity. ► The photocatalytic decolorization reached 99.1% by CdS/TiO2/CS NCFs ► Photocatalytic decolorization of methyl orange by CdS/TiO2/CS NCFs obeyed L-H mechanism.
