Abstract
AgCl/PDA/AgNPs were prepared by the simply mixing of AgNO3 and dopamine solution under room temperature. AgCl/PDA/AgNPs show enhanced SERS effect upon continuous pulsed laser irradiation, showing a “in-situ laser elevating” SERS effect. The enhancement factor could reach 107 by using 4-Mpy as the Raman probe. The proposed SERS substrate showed long term stability and may be a promising substrate for SERS application in practical field.
