Abstract
⺠Relatively uniform hierarchical Ag nanostructures were electrodeposited on ITO glass. ⺠The size RSD of the hierarchical Ag nanostructures is about 28.8%. ⺠A low precursor concentration and complexing agent were used. ⺠The RSD of SERS intensity (rhodamine 6G, R6G) for 1651 cmâ1 band is about 14.9%. ⺠The detectable concentration of R6G can be 10â10 M at least.
