Abstract
⺠Nitrogenated carbon nanotip arrays were grown by plasma assisted hot filament CVD. ⺠The photoluminescence of NCNAs with different structures was studied. ⺠The emission bands are related to the size of sp2 carbon clusters. ⺠The photoluminescence intensity is related to the light trapping of NCNAs.
