Abstract
⺠UV laser cleaning treatment was performed on a bronze bell outdoor. ⺠Laser is an effective tool to remove the common compounds of alteration of bronze. ⺠The laser ablation threshold and efficiency of laser cleaning were assessed. ⺠EDXRF analysis was performed before, during and after the cleaning treatment. ⺠Chemical composition of the constituents of both patina and alloy was determinated.
