Abstract
⺠PL intensity can be changed by controlling the hydrogen flow rates. ⺠The hydrogen passivation of nonradiative defect states related to N and Si enhances PL intensity. ⺠The PL intensity of the film is found to be four times higher than that of the film without hydrogen dilution.
