Abstract
⺠Methane adsorption is maximal at 10% hydration of nanosilica. ⺠Methane adsorption leads to appearance of weakly associated water (WAW). ⺠Amounts of WAW correlate to concentration of adsorbed methane. ⺠Methane adsorption on micro/mesoporous silica 200DF decreases with hydration.
