Abstract
⺠Synthesis of plasmonic surface by atom beam sputtering. ⺠Tuning of size of nanostructures with fluence. ⺠Characterization using atomic force microscopy, UV Visible spectroscopy, contact angle measurement and Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy are reported.⺠Tailoring of contact angle of Ag nanostructures with surface roughness. ⺠Areal concentration of Ag is decreased with increase in fluence.
