Abstract
V2O5 nanoparticles were grown on ZnO nanowires to improve FE properties. Sharp tips were formed on the surface, the tip shape and size were strongly correlated with the temperature, and the sample of 450 °C showed the best FE properties owing to the local electric field enhancement around tips.
