Abstract
Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9âxZr0.1CuxO3 (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1%) ceramics are prepared from nanopowders synthesized using a hydrothermal method at low sintering temperature of 1300 °C for 3 h. The samples are dense microstructures investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The dielectric constants, ferroelectric hysteresis loops of Ba0.85Ca0.15Ti0.9âxZr0.1CuxO3 ceramics are well character.
