Abstract
⺠Cobalt (II) tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin could be axially coordinated with ethylenediamine-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes to form a MWCNT-CoTPPS hybrid. ⺠The axial coordination between MWCNT and CoTPPS in the MWCNT-CoTPPS hybrid could develop strong bonding force with a benefit to fast electron transfer. ⺠The MWCNT-CoTPPS modified glass carbon electrode exhibits wide linear range, good stability, and short response time in the electrochemical detection of NO.
