Abstract
⺠CuInxGa1âxSeyS2ây (CIGS) thin films were synthesized on glass substrates by a solution process. ⺠Morphologies of CIGS films were investigated with respect to the kinds of glass substrates. ⺠CIGS film on Mo-coated glass showed large grains with an undesired Mo oxide interfacial layer. ⺠CIGS film on FTO glass was porous and composed of relatively small grains. ⺠Higher power conversion efficiency was attained by the CIGS film grown on Mo-coated glass.
