Abstract
⺠The conventional CBD method was modified for the deposition of P3MeT thin films. ⺠The variation in oxidant concentration influences the properties of P3MeT thin films. ⺠Surface morphology becomes smoother with low roughness and reduction in defects. ⺠The contact angle and band gap decreases where as optical absorbance and refractive index increases with increase in oxidant concentration.
