Abstract
- Three cubic β-In2S3 nanomaterials with various morphologies are prepared.
- They are all photoactive under UV, visible and near-infrared lights.
- In2S3 nanoparticles exposed more (311) plane show higher photoactivity.
- Two In2S3 microspheres show lower photocatalytic activity.
