Abstract
⺠Zn1âxFexS nano-particles are synthesized by chemical co-deposition procedure. ⺠The Zn1âxFexS nano-particles are of single cubic zinc blende phase. ⺠The size of Zn1âxFexS nano-particles is about 3.3-5.5 nm. ⺠PL emissions of 425 nm and 470 nm have been found. ⺠Zn1âxFexS (x = 0.1) nano-particles present superparamagnetic performance.
