Abstract
⺠A simple method is developed to greatly enhance the ZnO NRs band-edge emission and effectively suppress deep-band emission by surface modified with liquid crystal ligands. ⺠The dispersion and band-edge emission can be further improved by annealing treatment at liquid crystalline state temperature of HTph-OH.
