Abstract
⺠The sputtering of polymorphic binary compounds is studied with molecular dynamics. ⺠Sputtered monomer abundances depend on mass, but not target crystallography. ⺠Dimer abundance distributions are sensitive to the interatomic potential. ⺠Nearest-neighbours constitute â¼50% or less of sputtered dimers.
