Abstract
⺠N-graphene was prepared by the heat-treatment of graphene using ammonia. ⺠N-doping effects on graphene microstructure and bonding were investigated. ⺠XANES results reveal the unoccupied DOS increases after the N-doping. ⺠N-doping decreases the surface oxygen-containing groups.
