Abstract
The saturation magnetization in SrTiO3 microcubes is enhanced from 2.00Â ÃÂ 10â2 to 5.10Â ÃÂ 10â2Â emu/g after UV irradiation. The ferromagnetism in SrTiO3 microcubes is a result of oxygen vacancies corroding to the first principles calculations.
