Abstract

- The P-adsorption process of Phoslock™, a worldwide restoration tool, was examined.
- We investigate the adsorption process from both exp. and modeling point of view.
- Theoretical vs. experimental Phoslock's efficiency was being in excellent agreement.
- Influence of Temperature on PO4−3 adsorption shows a discrepancy between experimental vs. simulation.
- This inconsistency can be attributed to the inefficiencies of unit cell approach.
