Abstract
Glassy carbon electrode surfaces have been modified with rods NiO, flakes NiO and balls NiO prepared via hydrothermal synthesis method for Pb(II) and Cd(II) detection by using the square wave anodic stripping voltammetry, among which the balls NiO modified electrode can achieve the optimal electrochemical detection ability for its enhanced electron transfer capacity, large BET surface area and strong adsorption capacity on surface.
