Abstract
- Ag nanoparticles were deposited on ultra-thin 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane self-assemble monolayers (APTES SAMs) surface to obtain enhanced Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman signals.
- Time-resolved Raman measurement mode was performed to kinetically record the Raman peaks' variation.
- Melting point of APTES SAMs was calculated, by the ratio of the intensities of anti-Stokes and Stokes signals.
- The transition of internal structure was analyzed during melting process.
