Abstract
⺠The YSZ thin film has been successfully deposited at 400 °C. ⺠Deposition at 400 °C significantly limits the growth mechanism along (1 0 1). ⺠The enhancement in conductivity exhibits the YSZ as a thin solid electrolyte.
