⺠The vanadium oxide nanotubes are superior sensitive and stable to ethanol vapor and NO2. ⺠The vanadium oxide nanotubes are of p-type behavior at 80 °C. ⺠The vanadium oxide nanotubes are of p-type behavior at 260 °C.
