Abstract
⺠Sn whiskers were sintered by intense light flashing (Photosintering). ⺠Photosintering can effectively eliminate Sn whiskers. ⺠Photosintering would not damage electronic devices. ⺠Photosintering is a very promising approach to improve Sn-based electronic surface termination.
