Abstract
⺠A series of InN nanostructures have been synthesized. ⺠InN nanomaterials were prepared by a chloride-sourced chemical vapor deposition method. ⺠The morphologies of InN nanostructures were regulated by changing the growth conditions. ⺠InN nanocones showed potential applications in field emission devices.
