Abstract
⺠EMD simulation is performed to study the thermal conductivity of graphene. ⺠The thermal conductivity depends on the characteristic sizes of GNRs. ⺠Hydrogen passivation cannot improve but reduce the thermal conductivity. ⺠It will be further reduced if the there are SW defect arrays involved.
