Abstract
⺠Pulsed laser irradiation can remove radioactive particulates from metal surface. ⺠Adhesion of ThO2 particulates are more than UO2 particulates. ⺠Threshold fluence to remove UO2 particulates is less in comparison to ThO2 particulates. ⺠Cleaning efficiency can be increased by choosing wave length, which is absorbing to particulates.
