Abstract
⺠Au nanoclusters are produced by nanosecond laser irradiations of thin Au film on Si. ⺠The shape, size, and surface density of the Au nanoclusters are tunable by laser fluence. ⺠The formation dynamic of the Au nanoclusters under nanosecond laser irradiation is analyzed.
