Abstract
⺠Circular droplets are obtained for a wide range of focusing depths at fixed energy. ⺠Focusing depth variation study reveals two abrupt transitions in droplet diameter. ⺠Liquid ejection mechanism is mediated by two types of jets of different origin. ⺠Evolution of jets depends on the focusing depth accounting for the seen transitions.
