Abstract
The relationships between the Mn-based precursor solutions and corresponding MnO2 nanomaterials' morphology as well as the electrochemical performance have been studied. Electrochemical measurements showed that the MnO2 deposited in MnCl2 precursor solution (MnO2-P3) exhibited an enhanced specific capacitance (318.9 F g−1 at 2 mV s−1), which was a promising electrode material for supercapacitors.
