Abstract
- The inorganic thin films can be enhanced the mechanical properties of the glass substrates.
- TiO2-SiO2 and Ta2O5 were deposited on glass substrates with high transparency.
- Ring-on-ring flexure and scratch tests were used.
- Ta2O5 thin film samples show superior scratch resistance.
