Abstract
⺠Zn1âxCdxO films were deposited on quartz substrates by pulse laser deposition. ⺠All films possess polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure. ⺠The photoluminescence spectra show substantial red shift to visible light range. ⺠The resistivity of the films decreases for higher Cd content.
